Udonis Haslem Partners with Wells Fargo to Support South Florida Communities…

Miami Heat legend Udonis Haslem, who retired from the NBA in 2023, continues to make an impact in South Florida through community work. In partnership with Wells Fargo and Rebuilding Together Miami-Dade, Haslem recently helped a local single mother, Mable Henderson, by providing new kitchen appliances and an outdoor living space during an event in Miami Gardens.

Haslem emphasized the importance of staying connected to the community and understanding their needs firsthand.

Haslem’s collaboration with Wells Fargo aims to address housing issues, and the bank has committed $1.2 million to repair homes in 46 communities, including Henderson’s home.

Haslem expressed that a home should be a sanctuary and praised Wells Fargo for taking action, not just talking. He also highlighted the broader significance of helping hardworking individuals like Henderson, noting that their efforts show that people do care and assistance is available for those who follow the right path.
