Despite having a rough start to the WNBA Playoffs with the Indiana Fever, rookie superstar Caitlin Clark already has several employment offers on the table.
The standout player for the Indiana Fever, Caitlin Clark, has a fallback strategy in place in case her club is eliminated early from the WNBA playoffs.
In the opening round of the WNBA playoffs, the Connecticut Sun easily defeated the Fever on Sunday at Mohegan Sun Arena, winning 93-69. Clark finished the game with fairly disappointing stats: 11 points, 8 assists, 4 rebounds, and 3 steals.
Despite being selected to both the All-Rookie and All-WNBA First Teams and winning the WNBA Rookie of the Year title unanimously, Clark failed to live up to the high expectations of the fans. If she and the Fever continue to stumble in Wednesday’s important Game 2, they might be staring at an early postseason departure.
The WNBA Rookie of the Year award going to Caitlin Clark has already caused Angel Reese to vent.
The distribution of votes cast for the WNBA MVP between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese is now available.

everal MLB teams have given an open invitation for her to join their broadcast booth after she showed off her baseball commentary abilities.
A humorous video of Clark attempting to offer a play-by-play analysis during a game between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Milwaukee Brewers was posted on Friday by Lexie Hull, a teammate of the Fever. “Well, I told Lex that sometimes I’ll just commentate some games and she’s like, ‘All right, we’ll do it right now,'” she added, referring to the now-viral video.
